Being there for each other when we need it most can change the way we see the world around us. And as we place value on real, mutual friendships here at L'Arche, we give and we take and we look out for one another. Being there for each other through thick and thin.

In this video, Lucy, the Community Leader in L'Arche London, shares how Community around her stepped in and held her when she was poorly with Covid by caring for her in creative ways.

In the past I was quite a selfish person but when people do these things for you like bring you food, make you cards, you realise it’s okay to let your guard down and let people in.
