L'Arche Highland

We are a Community of around 130 people based in Inverness, the most northerly and fastest growing city in Scotland and the UK.

Inverness is set on the River Ness, which flows from the famous Loch Ness and it known as the ‘Capital of the Highlands’. We are lucky to be surrounded by some of the most majestic scenery in the UK and to have salmon swimming through our city centre and deer running through our gardens.

L’Arche Highland includes nearly fifty people with learning disabilities, who we support at home and in our workshops. Alongside them are other community members, volunteers, friends, and neighbours, all of whom play an integral role in fostering a kind and inclusive atmosphere.

Our Community proudly celebrated its 50th anniversary recently, and has established long and deep connections with our neighbours in the area.
