Finding a solicitor or using an online service

The first step is to choose between using a solicitor or one of the many online services. If you don't know a solicitor, contact the Law Society on 020 7242 1222 or at www.lawsociety.org.uk. They can supply local details.  Alternatively, friends and family may be able to make a recommendation.

Online services can often be cheaper, particularly if you choose L’Arche’s will-writing partner of choice Octopus Legacy We have partnered with this highly trusted professional service for a number of years to offer our supporters the opportunity to write their will for free.  With Octopus Legacy, you can make your will online, over the phone or face to face.

Including a gift to L'Arche is not obligatory in any way. But your legacy could offer the gift of L'Arche to those who need it for generations to come, and would be much appreciated!
