JOB DESCRIPTION

Job title: Team Leader

Reports to: Care Coordinator / Registered Manager

Hours of work: This role is full time; 40 hours per week, over 5 days, including split shifts, evenings and weekends. 2 consecutive rest days per week will be given.

Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 dependent upon experience

Place of work: Ipswich, IP1

Main purpose of the role: To support the Care Coordinator by leading a house for 6 people with learning disabilities, supported by a team of support assistants.

To support the Care Coordinator in creating and promoting Community and a sense of home, leading the service delivery in line with L’Arche values, traditions and standards, and the requirements of the Care Quality Commission [CQC].
