JOB DESCRIPTION Job title: Recruitment and Volunteer Co-ordinator Reports to: Head of HR and Operations (HRRO) Hours of work: 40 hours per week (fixed 12-month contract) Salary: £27,063 per annum Place of work: West Norwood, South London Overall purpose of the job Managing the recruitment process for new assistants and volunteers from enquiry through to appointment Playing an integral part in the leadership of L’Arche London, helping shape its future development Working with other colleagues with similar roles in other UK L’Arche Communities to develop best practice and streamline processes.
