L’Arche Bognor Regis is a community providing high quality residential, supported living and day care and services for adults with learning disabilities.
We seek a Community Leader with the ability, experience and commitment to respond to the challenges of implementing our new community plan, ensuring further development/diversification of our existing services, achieving financial stability and raising our profile in the wider community.
Relevant management experience, qualifications and an empathy with our values are essential. L’Arche Bognor Regis is part of a worldwide federation of 137 communities in 30 countries.

Are you considering a future in social justice, social work, support services, health or ministry?
Gain a deep insight into community, explore your own spirituality, and receive a fully funded, thorough grounding in support work.
We are looking for extraordinary individuals to live and work as residential support workers in one of 9 L'Arche communities in the UK, supporting people in their own and shared homes, as part of an established community. You will receive:
- accredited training in all aspects of support work
- an Intensive experience of community
- role supervision
- mentoring opportunities for spiritual accompaniment and attendance at a Retreat.
