L’Arche is a Christian Community. If you are hoping to develop your spiritual life we will give you every encouragement. There is the opportunity for regular worship together in the houses and Community. We often have retreats, pilgrimages and other events with a spiritual aspect. But we don’t insist on a Christian faith if you join us.
We welcome people of any faith, or none, but you need to be comfortable accompanying a person with learning disabilities to their place of worship. We just expect you to be open to all aspects of other people’s spirituality and of living in a Community.
