Good News! Manchester Seed Group has been accepted as a L'Arche Project. This was confirmed at the Zone Council in Poland in November. Congratulations and welcome, Manchester, after all your hard work, commitment, prayers and trust over the years. We look forward to the new life this project will bring to our region. The UK Team has supported and guided their journey through the various stages from Prayer Group to Project. Ruth Thompson, Chair of the Project Group, said 'It feels really great to be able to say at last that we are part of L'Arche.' The good news was shared at a Cheese and Wine party in the Parish of St James Emmanuel in Didsbury, where the Manchester Group was joined by members of Preston and Liverpool Communities. 'We're over the moon!' said Kevin Coogan, member of the Project group, 'and humbled by the hard work and responsibility ahead of us'.
